Academic/Online Support

  • Online sessions have been scheduled.
  • You will receive an email with your session’s times.
  • If you haven't received this email by week 2 of the current term, please contact us immediately.
  • You must participate in these sessions.
  • Each session has a specific start and end time. You are unable to join anytime outside that time frame
  • Sessions will be recorded and published on ‘Moodle’ for each unit.
  • Other pre-recorded sessions will also be made available on ‘Moodl
  • Sessions will be recorded and will be made available on Moodle.
  • All unit material, power points, learners guide as assessment materials are now available on Moodle. If you have any problem login to Moodle, please contact us.
  • During live sessions, you are able to talk to your trainer and ask any questions.
  • You are also able to post your question on the unit discussion board. To do so, you need to sign into ‘Moodle’.

  • Results will be emailed to you every term. Usually 1 week after the term break.
  • No results will be provided over the phone.

Fees /Payments

We are offering the following financial support package for the Current term (13/4/2020 to 20/7/2010)

    • If you can’t pay o full, you can pay by installment. Talk to/Call us to arrange a specific payment plan for your current term fees.
    • No Late fees will apply this term
    • Special discounts apply this term (VET students this term will pay will pay only $1250-ELICOS students will pay $145/week this term)
